All the stereotypes you hear about large companies—especially as an intern—like micromanagement, lack of meaningful work, or egotistical managers, are the exact opposite of EndeavorB2B. From my first interview with the CMO, to working on projects with VPs, directors, and the CDO (too many names to include), to seeing my work implemented across all customer marketing teams, I truly felt like my thoughts, opinions, and contributions were valued. Going into this internship, I had very little professional experience, especially at a large corporation. But instead of reducing my responsibilities or wishing I were more experienced, everyone at Endeavor gave me the time and resources to learn more than any classroom ever could—so I could contribute meaningfully and (hopefully) become a valuable resource to the team.

One of the biggest gifts during this time has been the ability to work remotely and spend more quality time with my family. I’m thankful for this every single day.
